The property overall was fairly clean and exceptional, had great staff and location. I liked the room with a good shower, my bed was very clean. I came here for 7 nights and had a very enjoyable short stay.

I loved every detail about my really enjoyable 2 nights stay here. Its personnel was decent and more than adequate, nothing too much trouble. Unbeatable and quiet location in a very quiet area, met needs.

It was truly a very lovely stay for a st ives weekend, the hotel met needs. To be honest I enjoyed how affable the staff is, I would stay here again.

Tasteful rooms, lovely stuff, warm breakfast. I got free upgrade and really enjoyed it. Great weekend in this crowded area. A few times I ate at Sands Restaurant, located at a short distance from the hotel. Could use their easy parking.

Staff and location here were very good. It was a pretty nice area, a suitable place for me. Apart from that, an original museum was 5 minutes' drive away. Easy check-in too.

I really enjoyed the place, it was clean & the staff were warm. English breakfast with great food selection. The staff created a lovely atmosphere. Brilliant location a 10-15 minute walking distance from a crescent-shaped beach.

We liked the very central location and how neat the place was kept. The property was set in a touristic area. The main bar was exquisite. An appealing hotel in St Ives.

Location was ideal, I appreciated bright rooms and wonderful staff. The breakfast was delicious, there was plenty of food to chose from. The best local beach I've seen before. Visited few places in the centre, at walking distance from the hotel.

Wi-fi was terrible tbh and there was too soft bed in my room.

Everything was perfect, it had free wifi, nothing too much trouble. Hotel was spotless. Welcoming service offered too. Beautiful garden outside. The restaurant was super here, I had tasty dishes.

Garden areas were lovely and staff was pleasant. It's within short walking distance to The Gannet Inn Restaurant with nice drinks and cocktails. Also, it had parking onsite. No better place than Downsfield...

within walking distance of carbis bay. perfect for trip. free parking was provided to the guests.

The atlantic bay served dishes within 500 metres off the hotel. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, if in St Ives. Free Wi-Fi was working perfectly.
